Top-Shaft-Synchronized: One of four speeds selected with left lever. Right lever provides choice between ranges 1, 2, and reverse. The 1/2/R lever could be shifted on the move with the clutch.
TSS Hi-Lo: Similar to the TSS transmission, but with an additional Hi-Low range lever on the left side of the dash. The Hi-Low range could be shifted without using the clutch.
