About Wikitractor
Wikitractor puts the specifications of 10,825 farm tractor models from 245 makers in one place, from the first gas tractors to the newest, so you can look them up, compare them and see how they changed.
Where the data comes from
Nearly all of the data comes from TractorData.com. Test results come from published tractor test reports such as the Nebraska Tractor Tests. A few values have been corrected by hand; each correction is flagged on the model’s page with its source. See sources and attribution. The data was last updated on 7 October 2026.
How to read the figures
- Units
- Visitors from the US and UK see imperial units first; everyone else sees metric, with imperial in brackets. Switch with Imperial / Metric at the top of any page. Horsepower is mechanical horsepower (1 hp = 745.7 W).
- “No record”
- Means the value isn’t in any source we have, which is common for vintage tractors. It is never shown as zero, and charts leave it out rather than plotting it as zero.
- Power figures
- Engine, PTO, drawbar and belt power are measured differently, so they aren’t interchangeable. “Tested” means measured in an independent test; “claimed” is the maker’s figure. Listed power is the headline figure the source gives for each model.
- Production years
- “1963–1972” is the production run. “2015–now” means it’s still built. “From 1950” means production has ended but the end year isn’t recorded.
Accessibility
Wikitractor aims to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA. Every page works with a keyboard and without JavaScript, charts come with text summaries and their data, and colour is never the only way information is shown. If something doesn’t work for you, please tell us.
About this project
Wikitractor is a portfolio project. The site is built with Astro and runs on Cloudflare; the data comes from the Wikitractor API. It isn’t affiliated with any tractor maker or with TractorData.com.
